Gladys Pet Hospital is looking for a full time veterinary assistant/receptionist. Previous veterinary experience and a Veterinary office assistant certificate would be a great asset. We are looking for a compassionate, caring and outgoing personality who has knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and the AviMark Veterinary software. Must have great customer service skills to fulfill responsibilities such as greeting clients, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, handling cash transactions, using AviMark Software, cleaning duties and filling prescriptions. If you are a client service focused, detail oriented, reliable, organized and self starter able to multi task in a busy hospital, we are interested in hearing from you Shifts will be day, evening and weekend.
