Position: Sales Associate

Location: Burlington, Ontario

Type: Part time or Full-time

Store hours: Monday - Saturday 10-6

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression of our boutique.
- Provide personalized and attentive service to each customer, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of our product offerings, including designer brands, fabrics, styles, and sizes.
- Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions by offering insightful advice and styling suggestions.
- Maintain a deep understanding of current fashion trends and industry developments to engage in meaningful conversations with customers.
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
- Proactively engage in upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximize sales and exceed targets.
- Accurately process transactions, handle cash, and maintain an organized and secure cash register.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the boutique's visual merchandising and displays are appealing and well-maintained.
- Monitor inventory levels, replenishing stock as needed, and providing feedback on popular or emerging products.
- Stay updated on sales performance metrics, continuously striving to improve and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in all interactions.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in high-end retail sales, ideally within a women's fashion boutique.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting customer relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of luxury fashion brands, designers, fabrics, and trends.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring an impeccable in-store experience for our customers.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and flexible, with the availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
- Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling.
- Passion for fashion and a genuine interest in helping customers look and feel their best.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour
