**Job Summary**:
Yoke Group Inc. is seeking a dedicated and reliable Residential Superintendent to join our

team. This is a daytime, non-live-in position based in Hamilton, Ontario. The successful

of our residential properties. The role involves a mix of cleaning, groundskeeping, tenant

support, and basic maintenance tasks to ensure our properties are well-maintained, safe,

and provide a positive living environment for our tenants.

A key aspect of this role is the responsibility for multiple sites. You will be primarily

responsible for three properties located in close proximity to each other within

Hamilton. There will also be a requirement to travel to and oversee one additional

property located in St. Catharines.

**Responsibilities**:
Property Maintenance & Groundskeeping:

- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of property grounds, including sidewalks,

parking areas, and landscaping at all assigned properties.
- Sweep, pick up litter, and empty trash and recycling receptacles.
- Assist with basic landscaping duties, such as weeding, and light trimming.
- Perform snow removal as needed at all assigned properties.

Interior Cleaning & Maintenance:

- Clean and maintain common areas, including hallways, lobbies, and restrooms at all

assigned properties.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust interior spaces.
- Clean windows and glass surfaces.
- Empty trash and recycling bins.
- Assist with minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed.

**Tenant Support & General Tasks**:

- Respond to tenant inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner at all

assigned properties.
- Assist with move-in and move-out procedures.
- Assist with moving furniture or equipment.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the property manager.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the property manager.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in cleaning, grounds maintenance, or property maintenance

preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
- Valid driver's license is required.
- Ability to work outside in varying weather conditions.
