**Key Responsibilities**

**1) Academic Planning & Guidance**
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with students and parents to clarify goals, track progress, and provide ongoing support.

**2) Parent Communication & Enrollment**
- Meet with parents (in-person and online), deliver professional consultations, and recommend appropriate programs.
- Design tailored academic services based on students’ profiles and support enrollment conversions.

**3) Scheduling & Program Coordination**
- Manage course scheduling and teacher assignments, coordinating effectively among students, parents, and staff.
- Monitor teaching progress and ensure high-quality program delivery.

**4) Administrative & Operational Support**
- Assist with daily operations, including student record management, event/lecture organization, and logistics.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to improve internal processes and operational efficiency.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (Education, Psychology, Business, Communication, or related fields preferred).
- Previous experience in **education consulting, academic planning, or K-12 education** is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust with students and parents.
- Demonstrated organizational and problem-solving abilities; strong time management skills.
- **Bilingual in English and Mandarin** (reading, writing, speaking) required.

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
