We want to meet you Options Solutions is seeking a part-time or full-time Educational Coach to join their talented team of admission experts - who are also task managers and cheerleaders rolled into one.

The Educational Coach will create a safe space for adolescents to identify their interests and goals and provide them with the information and tools to make informed educational decisions. The Educational Coach will develop professional connections with university and college admissions offices and grow into a leading expert in the educational consulting field.

**All applicants must currently reside in British Columbia and be available to work both in-person and virtually.**

**As an Educational Coach you will**:

- Conduct one-on-one student and parent consultations
- Work with students to understand their interests and strengths and help them connect these to post-secondary fields of study
- Coach and support the development of executive function in a broad scope of students
- Meet students where they are and determine which services match the student’s needs and make appropriate recommendations

- Has the ability to multitask, organize and prioritize work
- Possesses strong research skills
- Is forward thinking, creative, and innovative
- Is a proactive problem solver
- Has the ability to exercise diplomacy, tact and maintain confidentiality
- Is empathetic with strong cross-cultural awareness

- Have worked in education, tutoring or counseling
- Have a working knowledge of the BC curriculum
- Have an interest in the Canadian, UK, and US post-secondary admissions processes

Salary Range: $35-40 per hour.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
