**ABOUT THE JOB**

Position: Servers/Hosts

**Job Duties**:

- Greet patrons when they enter the building; making them feel welcome
- Provide an outstanding dining experience for our patrons
- Must have an extremely professional rapport with clientele, be well-spoken and easy to communicate with
- Work well and closely with all other team members
- Accurately record and enter all food and beverage items into POS system
- Must be able to use reservation system (Open Table)
- Must develop extensive knowledge of the menu to be able to comment on ingredients, suggest items and explain cooking techniques.
- Address patrons appropriately when discussing their comments and concerns. Effectively communicate with Supervisors if a customer issue arises. Ensure clear and concise communication with the patron to ensure the issue is being resolved.
- Follow all company policies and procedures

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: From $15.00 per hour

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Must have Proserve certification and be at least 18 years of age(for the server position)
- Outgoing personality
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate in a professional manner with clientele
- Demonstrated experience in a fast paced, high volume restaurant is required
