- Offer warm and authentic service to our guests by being friendly and always welcoming.
- Clean assigned guest rooms according to the company's standards, including the daily changing of bed linens, replacing towels, cleaning the bathroom, dusting, vacuuming/sweeping floors, and the removal of garbage and recyclables.
- Document ang label any lost and found items found in guestrooms or public areas
- Ensure all corridors, housekeeping closets, and public areas are cleaned to company standard.
- Complete daily assignment sheets and document any maintenance issues in the guest rooms.
- To be Health & Safety conscious and actively involved in maintaining a safe work environment.
- Maintain proper usage of cleaning supplies and equipment and report any deficiencies to management.
- Perform any other tasks which are assigned by management.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Previous Housekeeping experience or Housekeeping Certificate is an asset
- Effective communication skills in English
- High standards of cleanliness
- Proven guest service ability with an attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and carry linens or housekeeping supplies (up to 30 pounds)
- Ability to stand, walk, kneel, push, pull, and lift throughout shift
- Ability to work as part of a team with autonomy.
- Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and/or weekends
