**About the Role**

Match Retail is hiring a dynamic **Field Manager** to lead our field sales operations in support of our **Nespresso client programs**. In this role, you will manage and develop a team of **Sales Associates** to drive sales, enhance customer experience and ensure operational excellence within a defined territory.

**Key Responsibilities**
- ** Own the Numbers**: Meet and exceed sales targets, customer satisfaction scores, and performance KPIs across your assigned territory.
- ** Lead and Inspire**: Coach, mentor, and motivate a team of 15-20 Sales Associates to perform at their best every day.
- ** Plan to Win**: Develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly business plans that drive consistent, measurable success.
- ** Fix What’s Not Working**: Identify underperforming locations and turn them around with strategic coaching and execution.
- ** Be the Voice**: Act as the key liaison between your team, internal departments (training, merchandising, support), and our client.
- ** Use the Data**: Analyze sales trends, team feedback, and customer experience insights to improve results.
- ** Drive Culture**: Foster a high-energy, team-oriented environment focused on excellence and brand integrity.
- ** Recruit Smart**: Ensure recruitment aligns with brand expectations and supports long-term success.
- ** Communicate Clearly**: Share performance updates, compensation strategies, and recognition in a timely and motivating way.

**What You Bring**
- 2-4 years in retail or CPG sales
- 1-3 years managing teams or multi-store operations
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- A strategic mindset with attention to detail
- A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Willingness to travel 40%-60% in your territory, including weekends
