We are seeking top-tier talent to join our Buildings division and deliver innovative projects in the healthcare, education, hospitality, recreational, entertainment, retail, commercial office, mixed-use, multi-family residential and light industrial sectors. **What You'll Do**:

- ** Monitor Costs**: Keep track of daily, weekly, and monthly labour, equipment, material, and subtrade costs
- ** Cost Reviews**: Regularly review cost accruals with the Project Manager
- ** Timesheet Management**: Ensure proper cost allocation by reviewing and coding timesheets
- ** Schedule Development**: Assist in creating and updating project schedules
- ** Construction Monitoring**: Compare actual construction progress with the schedule, identify critical paths, and stay updated on manpower and material deliveries
- ** Requisition Management**: Submit requisitions for materials and equipment, and complete receiving documentation
- ** Drawing Control**: Manage drawings, drawing records, and revisions
- ** Change Management**: Handle site instructions and change orders
- ** Quality Assurance**: Maintain QA/QC documentation and records of all testing and inspections
- ** Documentation**: Provide written documentation for clarifications and instructions and attend all necessary meetings

**Qualifications**:

- ** Education**: Nearing completion of a degree or diploma in Architecture, Construction Management or Engineering is required
- ** Experience**: Some work experience in the construction industry is beneficial. Extracurricular and / or Volunteer experience is a strong asset
