Zoetis Canada is looking for a talented and experienced Data and Reporting Business Analyst for its Canadian operations. The role partners closely with the business units to build and implement systems and data processes which are aligned with consumer experience journey goals and enables our team to create innovative business intelligence solutions.

The role collaborates with Global teams, Sales Operations and Finance teams to develop tools, expand existing BI platform for Key account management reporting. Role provides analyses to support data-driven recommendations for initiatives aimed at optimizing sales, commercial operations, and customer experience processes.

Further responsibilities include:

- Manage Master Data Governance and Master Data Management
- Drive improvements around data platforms for data validation for sales and contract managements data
- Ensure reliable tracking and reporting of net sales across all data driven platforms
- Develop and refine analytics and tools to support key business analytics requirements
- Lead and Support tool testing, deployments and training for Field Force, Internal and external stakeholder within Business operations platforms

- High attention to detail, proven problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to collaborate with clients and have a strong desire to excel
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable with change
- Bilingualism (French, English) is an asset

This position is located at Canadian Head Office in Kirkland, Quebec.

Le rôle s'associe étroitement avec les unités commerciales pour créer et mettre en œuvre des systèmes et des processus de données qui sont alignés sur les objectifs du parcours d'expérience client et permettent à notre équipe de créer des solutions innovantes de veille économique.

Le rôle collabore avec les équipes mondiales, les équipes des opérations commerciales et des finances pour développer des outils, étendre la plate-forme BI existante pour les rapports de gestion des comptes clés. Le rôle fournit des analyses pour soutenir les recommandations basées sur les données pour les initiatives visant à optimiser les ventes, les opérations commerciales et les processus d'expérience client.

Les autres responsabilités comprennent:

- Gérer la gouvernance des données de référence et la gestion des données de référence
- Conduire des améliorations autour des plates-formes de données pour la validation des données pour les données de gestion des ventes et des contrats
- Assurer un suivi et des rapports fiables des ventes nettes sur toutes les plateformes basées sur les données.
- Développer et affiner les analyses et les outils pour répondre aux principales exigences d'analyse commerciale
- Tests, déploiements et formation des outils de direction et de soutien pour les équipes de terrain, les parties prenantes internes et externes au sein des plates-formes d'opérations commerciales

- Grande attention aux détails, compétences éprouvées en résolution de problèmes et en analyse
- Capacité à collaborer avec les clients et avoir un fort désir d'exceller
- S'épanouit dans un environnement au rythme rapide et est à l'aise avec le changement
- Le bilinguisme (français, anglais) est un atout
