**About the Role**:
We are looking for a driven and persuasive **Door-to-Door Sales Representative** to join our roofing services team. In this role, you will work **alongside a drone inspector**, visiting neighborhoods where inspections are already scheduled. While the drone inspector performs roofing assessments, you will approach nearby homes to **generate leads** by offering **free inspections** on the spot — turning one visit into multiple opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accompany the drone inspector on daily scheduled site visits.
- Engage with neighboring homeowners during inspections, offering them a **free roof inspection** while the inspector is already in the area.
- Educate potential clients on our roofing services and inspection benefits.
- Generate and record quality leads for follow-up by the sales or inspection team.
- Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor at all times.
- Accurately document homeowner responses and contact information.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales (preferably in door-to-door or direct customer interaction).
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working outdoors and approaching new people confidently.
- Ability to work independently and in tandem with the inspection team.
- Reliable and punctual; must be available during scheduled inspection times.
- Access to reliable transportation is a plus.
