Renewal by Andersen is the custom division of Andersen Windows. Founded in 1903, Andersen Windows has been the world's largest and most recognized brand for exclusive window and door systems. Renewal by Andersen was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners

We are looking for a well-spoken, energetic, and confident individual who can lead a team by example when generating outside sales leads. This challenging and fun job takes place in the field around the **Greater Toronto** area. Our main office is located in**Mississauga**, where you may be asked to report to for training at least once a week. You will meet with hundreds of homeowners and generate leads by offering appointments for our sales reps to provide a free in-home consultation.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Vigorously and diligently work to generate leads while engaging in door-to-door campaigning in assigned territory generating qualified sales opportunities as instructed by the Canvassing Program Manager
- Transport self to assigned territory and work independently to while representing Renewal by Andersen at all times with the utmost degree of professionalism.
- Manage a team of outside sales canvassers.
- Understand our products and services to educate our potential customers

**Qualifications**:

- High energy
- Management Experience
- 5+ years experience in sales
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Multitasking skills

**Compensation and Benefits**:

- $70,000 base with bonuses - over $100K in your first year
- Full insurance package, including medical, dental, vision, and life
- 401(K) program

**Schedule**:

- In the field and in office
- 8 hour shifts, days may fluctuate
- Weekend and Evening shifts on occasion

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
