The sales associates (Budtenders) will help provide our customers with an exceptional experience through education, customer service and product consumption knowledge. This position is responsible for overseeing daily operations, cannabis deliveries, all sales activity, providing knowledge on products, assessing customer needs and maintaining sales floor compliance.

**Responsibilities**
- Welcome and assist all customers that visit the store
- Identifying and processing products effectively and efficiently
- Clearly and articulately provide information to guests in an engaging manner
- Responding to customer inquiries with comprehensive knowledge and accuracy
- Prevent cannabis sales to anyone under the age of 19, by reviewing government issued photo identification to validate
- Ensure store is clean and maintained
- Staying up to date on shop initiatives
- Receiving and documenting inventory accurately
- Maintaining sales goals on a daily and weekly basis
- Handling customer complaints as they arise
- Completing all opening procedures
- Completing all end of day procedures
- Foster a sense of teamwork with all team members
- Identifying and processing products compliantly
- Safely deliver cannabis orders to customers in compliance with provincial regulations
- Closing and completing all delivery procedures

**Experience and Background**
- Previous retail or customer service experience
- Be at least 25 years of age
- Valid G Driver’s Licence
- Cannsell Certification
- Clear background check
- Clear driving record
- Polished professional with excellent communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of/ability to learn about cannabis plants, strains and products
- Positive attitude and charisma
- Ensure a high level of customer interaction and enthusiasm
- Working knowledge of Recreational Cannabis an asset

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
