The Recruitment Team Leader plays a pivotal role in guiding a dedicated team responsible for managing the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. This includes taking ownership of all recruitment activities, ensuring seamless execution, and collaborating closely with key stakeholders across the business. You’ll contribute directly to meeting immediate resourcing needs while aligning recruitment strategies with the organization’s long-term talent goals.

**What You'll Do**:
Lead with Purpose: Coach, mentor, and inspire a team of recruiters to exceed performance goals and deliver top-tier talent.
Client-Focused Excellence: Build strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and clients, always reflecting our Mission, Promise of Performance, and core values.
Own the Process: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to selection and onboarding—ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage recruitment metrics and operational data to monitor team effectiveness and continuously improve processes.
Strategic Sourcing: Create and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to build robust talent pipelines.
Compliance Champion: Ensure all hiring practices meet legislative and internal compliance standards, including background and reference checks.
Performance & Reporting: Establish KPIs, track performance, and deliver high-level insights and market trends to senior stakeholders.
Culture Builder: Champion our core values and foster a positive, inclusive, and high-energy team culture.
**What We're Looking For**:
Experience: 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting, with 1-2 years in a leadership, supervisory, or mentoring role.
Education: High School Diploma required; College Diploma in Human Resources is a strong asset.
Tech Fluency: Familiarity with AI recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
Skills: Strong communicator, problem-solver, and team motivator with a knack for process optimization.
Certifications: CHRP or RPR preferred (not required).
**Work Conditions: This is a Hybrid role which can be based on our Barrie or London Offices. 2 days in office Mandatory, plus additional days if required
