Description:
- Commercial and retail floor sales, approximately 40 hours per week.
- Salary: $40,000.00 training allowance with potential up to $100,000 and beyond for a top performer.
This is not a typical sales position. You'll spend time in our showroom, but you'll also be out in the field taking measurements, working with builders, contractors and designers, as well as meeting with suppliers.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team. Must be comfortable working individually, as well as part of a close-knit group. We take pride in our store and aim to give exceptional service, a welcoming environment, great sales support, quality products and flooring expertise.
- A passion for sales and working with people
- Attention to detail
- Enthusiasm for design and construction
- Willingness to learn and adapt to change, in order to advise customers on the performance and design element of different flooring products for their home or commercial space
- Ability to build good rapport and relationships with customers
**Requirements**:
- Reliable transportation and a valid drivers' license required for on-site measures
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Pay: $40,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
Additional pay:
- Bonus pay
