**Your key responsibilities will be**:
- On demand parts procurement for our _**Eastern Service Technicians**_
- Providing parts support for technicians, service managers, and other staff
- Maintaining roster of vendors
- Sourcing new vendors
- Managing relationships with existing vendors
- Shipping and receiving of service parts
- Establishing and maintaining regular stock based on service requirements and product sales
- Managing and maintaining service equipment and tools, specifically load banking equipment
- Cleanliness and maintenance of Shop floor and adhering to H&S requirements
- Provide improvements to current practices.
- Inventory counts and responsibilities for inventory is solely the responsibility of parts coordinator
**Requirements**:
The Parts Coordinator should possess a combination of **technical knowledge,**communication skills, and strong organizational abilities:
- Technical knowledge - **ideally, automotive or heavy equipment backround**
- Attention to detail - accurately identify parts and ensure that orders are filled correctly.
- Communication skills - must be able to communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and other team members, both in person and in writing.
- Customer service - Contact with vendors and internal departments.
- Organizational skills - highly organized, with the ability to manage inventory, track orders, and maintain accurate records.
- Problem solving skills - able to quickly identify and address issues related to parts and inventory management.
- Time management - able to manage their time effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
INDHP
Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
