**Position: Prep Cook**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation of ingredients and mise en place for our diverse menu items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
- Follow recipes and portion sizes accurately.
- Support the kitchen team with various tasks to ensure a smooth service.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to guarantee the highest quality standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Enthusiasm for Italian cuisine and a willingness to learn and grow.
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
