**POSITION OVERVIEW**

Purchasing of items related to the daily operations of the company.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Procurement of office supplies, clothing and other items related to the daily operations;
- Liase with vendors/suppliers;
- Validating order requirements;
- Tracking orders;
- Inventory / Stock control;
- Communicate with Suppliers for follow up of orders;
- Updating database as required;
- Carry out any other tasks necessary and required by the company.

***QUALIFICATIONS**
- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset;
- Able to work co-operatively in a team setting;
- Ability to show initiative, innovation and a good sense of organization;
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs;
- Must have excellent communication skills;
- Bilingual;
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel

**EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS**
- Work location - Air Inuit Technical Center - Montreal-Trudeau airport;
- 37.5 hrs per week (Modified work weeks are offered to help our employees balance their work/home life)

**COMPENSATION**
- Compensation and benefits are determined in accordance with corporate policy;
- Hourly wage starting at $20.70
