**The Opportunity**

This position is an integral support resource performing a variety of risk focused technical, administrative and Supply Chain Enablement support activities. Key duties and responsibilities will focus the areas of Banner procurement support, vendor management including EFT, corporate travel, credit card, client Banner requisition and approval training, signing authorities, SOP and training document development, ensuring policy and procedure compliance within areas of responsibility, commercial credit card and business travel including online travel management system support, and unit cover off.

**The Role**:
- ** Credit card & business travel administration**:

- Responsible for providing credit card service and support to over 900 Cardholders campus wide
- Reviews and responds to requests submitted to centralized credit card mailbox
- Monthly audits of credit cards

Grand & Toy & other administration programs**:

- Designated Grand & Toy Administrator responsible for administering campus wide office supply account
- Receives and processes all requests for new account set ups and changes. Ensures authorized Signing Authority’s approval is submitted

Vendor Management**:

- Responsible for receiving, reviewing, processing and secure custody of vendor information and investigate any abnormalities

Signing Authority**:

- Setting up signing authority for employees
- Training staff on signing authority
- Setting up interim signing authorities

Other duties**:

- Ensures daily processes and standard operating processes are documented as per section standards

**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Post-secondary Bachelor's degree or Diploma required
- 1 - 2 years administrative experience required
- **
Preferred**:

- 5 years secretarial / administrative experience
- Microsoft office
- Office administration certificate
- Keyboarding skills (65 wpm)
