What to Expect:
The Product Master Data Analyst is responsible for effectively maintaining the database of over 10,000 SKU's within Nespresso Canada and following product life cycle guidelines. They will ensure that all products in the database include all the essential information required for successful use and reflection into different organizational platforms (Retail, eCom, 3PL, POS etc).

A day in the life:

- Ensure the product master database is coherent, complete, and held to the Nestle and Nespresso global data management standards.
- Ensure that data quality is maintained to the Nespresso global standards
- Completion of product requests and modifications within the service level agreement
- Inventory Accuracy
- Measure incidence of urgent matters and develop actions to mitigate such urgencies
- Review and update product master processes, where applicable
- Provision of training to relevant stakeholders
- On-time planning and execution of projects. Perform all assigned project tasks in accordance to the project timeline.
- Product master data reports and KPI's with relevant actions
- Regular contribution to continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure that all documentation (internal and external) is maintained
- Ensure that periodic audits and quality checks are performed
- Ensures that tickets are escalated to appropriate support teams when needed.
- Demonstrate understanding of end-to-end operational business processes

Role Requirements
- Bilingualism in English and French language skills are a requirement, as this position requires collaboration with stakeholders across the Canadian and US market.
- Diploma in Supply Chain, IT Development, Business management or Marketing
- 2-5 years Supply Chain or IT experience in a master data management role
- Proven experience with project management, problem solving and troubleshooting principles, methodologies, and issue resolution techniques
- Excellent written, oral, interpersonal, and presentational skills
- Detail oriented and able to incorporate critical and logical thinking in every day’s tasks
- Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
- Highly self-motivated and directed.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Very strong customer service orientation
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

Preferred Skills
- Effective at understanding problematic and complex situations (analytical thinking)
- Able to develop and interpret documentation for training and end user procedures
- Diligent and Meticulous on Data Integrity requirements
- Business Process - knowledge base of E2E processes and impact of data parameters on specific areas of the Business
