**This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a**Sr.**Financial Analyst**, reporting directly to the Director Controller, you will**:

- Prepare and analyze ad-hoc and monthly reports of processes, costing, performance and activities (P&L, Balance Sheet items, Cash Flow).

- Analyze actual manufacturing costs and reports on variances.

- Implement and improve cost reporting tools and simulations.

- Understand operational process, key cost drivers and levers for improvement.

- Monitor and analyzes manufacturing variances.

- Assist in creating yearly budgets and monthly reforecasts.

- Collaborate and work with technical, laboratory and manufacturing employees to continuously improve product/process costing and reporting, define and maintain Key Performance Indicators.

- You have experience with manufacturing and supply chain controlling

- You have ability to pick up the phone and get accurate answers with speed.

- You have the ability to find the root cause and report it with recommendations to the C-level

- You have the ability to drive efficient use of resources through transparent analysis

- You are capable of challenging assumptions constructively and collaboratively

- You have the ability to meet strict deadlines and work independently with limited supervision

- You have the ability to effectively communicate with different levels of the organization, both within and outside of Finance

- You have the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

**Required skills to have for the success of this role**

- Strong analytical systems skills; SAP, Excel and PowerPoint.

- Knowledge and affinity to digitalization such as new reporting and visualization tools

- Ability to analyze and organize with quality in mind with an ability to constantly re-prioritize based on business needs

- Arranging and balancing activities to comply with various tasks and due dates is a key requirement

- Knowledge and experience in project management. Strong attention to detail and analytical ability required

- Good communication and networking skills, result and quality orientation as well as a pro-active attitude

- Excellent team player

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business

- Experience in the In-vitro Diagnostics business is a plus

- Experience within Siemens Healthineers is a plus

- Experience in Supply Chain Management environment is a plus

The base pay range for this position is:
Min $84,500 - Max $134,500Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Siemens Healthineers offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay.
