**Responsibilities**
- Lead successful buyer/seller consultations, arrange buyer tours, manage and close listing presentations
- Make regular calls to maintain relationships with clients and/or leads
- Use advanced tracking tools to follow up on daily tasks and monitor progress weekly
- Engage with market leaders, developers, and industry experts in presale/preconstruction
- Upload documentation to internal database
- Draft winning purchasing contracts, and listing agreements, and prepare documents and templates to facilitate real estate transactions
- Manage and organize company documents
- Manage social media platforms such as Youtube, Facebook, and Instagram. Ie. Facebook posts, Instagram posts & stories, and media planning for Youtube.
- Post new pages on the company website, write content for new real estate developments
- Manage real estate transactions from beginning to end, including responding to website lead inquiries attending showings, possession of keys, inspection appointments, and pickup and delivery of legal tender
- Learn how to become the BEST in the industry

**Requirements**:

- Driver’s license and access to a vehicle and computer
- Education: High school

**Business Equipment + Computer Applications**
- MS Word/Excel, Google Drive / Dropbox, Google Calendar, Gmail
- Social Media: Facebook, Youtube, Instagram

**Qualifications**
- Organized
- Reliable
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Proficient in time management
- Professional
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Punjabi and Hindi would be an asset

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$250,000.00 per year
