Operations Project Manager

As we continue to grow and expand our footprint nationwide, we are seeking a **Operations Project Manager** with expertise in millwright services, health and safety, and COR audits to join our team in Red Deer, Alberta.

**Position Overview**:
As the Operations Project Manager, at BuLa Millwright Services, you will oversee all aspects of millwright projects across Canada, managing everything from initial planning to final execution. This role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and scheduling skills, as well as a focus on health and safety compliance and COR audit management. You will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining smooth operations and client satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Operations Management**
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Collaborate with clients, vendors, and team members to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Monitor project performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

**Estimating**
- Prepare detailed project estimates and budgets, leveraging millwright knowledge to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.
- Review project requirements and provide cost-effective solutions that align with client needs and project goals.

**Business Development**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
- Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure client satisfaction.

**Health and Safety**
- Lead and promote a culture of safety within the organization.
- Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and training programs.
- Plan & prepare COR audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, and ensure project success.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of project management experience, with a focus on millwright services.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, tools, and software.
- Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management.
- Familiarity with COR audit processes and health and safety regulations.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- PMP certification or equivalent is an asset.
- Experience in estimating and pricing millwright projects.

Pay: $90,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
