**About the Role**:
We are seeking a highly organized and driven Operations Project Manager to oversee the planning and execution of industrial projects from start to finish. This is a senior leadership role responsible for operational oversight, estimating, project delivery, workforce coordination, and client satisfaction. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our projects run smoothly, profitably, and safely.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage multiple industrial projects simultaneously
- Develop accurate cost estimates and bid packages from drawings and specifications
- Oversee manpower, equipment, materials, and logistics
- Ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and meet client expectations
- Conduct and support COR audit compliance and documentation
- Maintain strong communication with clients, vendors, and field teams
- Oversee safety and quality programs
- Support business development and proposal creation as needed

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- Strong background in industrial project management, preferably within oil & gas or mechanical services
- Expertise in estimating and proposal development is essential
- Practical understanding of field operations, rotating equipment, and industrial workflow
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with COR audits and safety compliance
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Must be based in or near Red Deer - this is not a hybrid or remote position and requires regular presence in the office

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 7+ years of experience in project or operations management roles
- Proven track record managing crews, budgets, timelines, and client relations
- Experience with COR audits and industrial safety programs
- PMP designation
- Millwright certification is a bonus but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
- Valid driver’s license

- Have you personally performed Quality Control tasks such as inspections, measurements, or sign-offs on mechanical or industrial work scopes?
