The Programs Department oversees the strategic allocation and utilization of resources for humanitarian and development projects in over 30 countries, ensuring compliance as a registered charity. This involves aspects of administration, proposal development, project management, and remote and in-person monitoring and evaluation, to name a few. Program staff excels in proactive problem-solving and stakeholder management, capable of navigating diverse needs and ensuring effective communication.

**Job Purpose**:
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with the International Partnership Advisor and Director of Programs to ensure efficient and effective grant management.
Liaise with external stakeholders, including community organizations and government agencies, as needed.
Monitor and evaluate the impact of the hardship grant program.

Qualifications & Competencies

Fluency in English and Arabic
At least 2 years of experience as a case-worker
Strong written and organizational skills, including time management and prioritization
Must be eligible to work in Canada and be available to work flexible hours, when required.
