Are you AWESOME? WE'RE HIRING We are looking to hire 1 additional Honda Product Specialist How does talking to happy customers and driving new cars sound? Experience Preferred but NOT Necessary We'll Train YOU.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
- Build strong rapport with customers.
- Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles.
- Obtains the required information and completes all documents required to prepare for a sale.
- Delivers cars to the customers, ensuring that they understand their functional features, the warranty and the documents to be completed.
- Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
- Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Previous dealership experience is a huge plus - Comfortable with compensation based on commission sales
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
- Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections & negotiating pricing
- Have quality customer service skills
- Possess strong communication skills
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must have a clean & valid driver’s license
- Must be eligible to work in Canada
- Maintains a professional appearance.

**Salary**: From $30,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pembroke, ON K8A 5R3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
