**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $92,500.00-$125,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Combined Construction, Service/Maintenance, Renovations: 10 years (required)
- Construction and New builds: 2 years (preferred)
- Service and Troubleshooting: 2 years (required)
- Major Renovations (Personal or Professional): 2 years (required)
- Leadership: 1 year (preferred)
- HVAC: 2 years (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Plumbing: 5 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Journeyman RedSeal Plumber and Gasfitter B (required)
