**Skills Required**:

- **Strong business domain understanding of Financial Services/ Capital Markets, excellent data analysis and solid background dealing with complex software products (preferably cloud/ data analytics focused)**
- **Ability to write complex SQL queries to extract out desired data from existing telemetry and Data Quality stores.**
- **5+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst** **with progressively increasing responsibilities in the areas of requirements management on large and complex projects**
- Proven experience with various project delivery methodologies such as Waterfall, Iterative and/or Agile
- Experience in requirements planning and prioritization including stakeholder analysis and effort estimation

**Nice to Have**
- Masters Certificate in Business Analysis
- Data Analysis skills using python/tableau/regex is a nice to have.
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA), or Project Management Institute -Professional in Business Analysis (PMI - PBA) Certification (preferred)
- Agile Certification (CSM, CSPO) or similar
- Experience of working with Capital Markets division of a multi-national bank or a Consulting firm focusing on similar clients
- Experience of technology serving Surveillance, Regulatory & Compliance needs for financial institutions or likewise
