**Business Analyst** to join our

In a Business Analyst role, you will be a key contact responsible for fulfilling our clients' IT project requirements. The focus of the work will be on the delivery of complex software development within Large Enterprise client environments.

**In this role you will be responsible for**:

- Working with external and internal resources to gather and validate requirements, business process workflows, testing requirements, end user procedures, communication plans and training packages.
- Facilitate workshops/client meetings and define/validate functional requirements and key business process flows.
- Ensure understanding of client requirements, providing recommendations, offering/proposing solutions, as well as creating functional documentation to ensure high end client satisfaction.
- Liaise with the development team and provide assistance when required.
- Manage multiple deadlines and milestones to identify and define known problems and assist with solution alternatives.
- Liaise with multiple stakeholders to coordinate the most ideal and appropriate solution to custom requirements.
- A degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related discipline, or an equivalent combination of proven skill and experience.
- 5+ years of a proven track record for delivering complex technology projects in large enterprise public and/or private sector environments.
- Organized and analytical, with attention to detail.
- Ability to accurately handle a high volume of tasks and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills combined with superior ability to work as a part of a team.
- Business Analysis Certification will be considered an asset.
