We are currently hiring for a **Line Cook**

**Line Cook** is responsible for storage and preparation of all food products according to Bingemans specifications and practices. Line Cook is responsible for maintaining proper levels of prepared products. Further they will be responsible for the assembly, cooking and serving the food to customers.

**What will you be doing?**
- Line Cook is responsible to ensure that products are properly dated, rotated and stored to ensure food safety.
- Line Cook must have a complete working knowledge of menu, recipes, assembly and plating specifications.
- Line Cook will ensure that meals are prepared in a timely manner in accordance with recipes and assembly manuals.
- The organization and cleanliness will be a top priority of the cook and they will ensure that their checklists and cleaning schedules are being followed during and following his/her shift.
- Co-operation, communication and teamwork are essential for a successful Line Cook.

**What we're looking for?**
- Friendly, outgoing, service-oriented attitude.
- Must have previous experience in food services and customer service.
- Flexible to work various shifts (weekends and some evenings).
