**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage the shop team to achieve repair targets and enhance fleet performance.
- Oversee budgets and shop costs.
- Develop and implement training programs for new staff members, focusing on product knowledge and performance.
- Maintain inventory levels, including pricing, restocking, and conducting regular audits.
- Provide exceptional customer service (Drivers) by addressing inquiries, and resolving issues.
- Monitor shop performance metrics and prepare reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the shop environment.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in management or a similar role is essential.
- Strong budgeting skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in training development and team management is highly desirable.
- Administrative skills for managing daily operations efficiently.
- A background as a mechanic or in related positions will be beneficial.
