- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
- Manage reservations and waitlist efficiently
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Communicate effectively with the serving staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems for seating assignments

*Skills*
- Must be fully bilingual
- Excellent phone etiquette skills
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus
- Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members
- Ability to assist and help guests with a friendly attitude
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with guest services in a restaurant or hotel setting

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
