Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Hostess/host to join our team. The Hostess/host will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a positive dining experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Answer phone calls and take reservations
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance guest satisfaction

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism
- Knowledge of phone etiquette for handling reservations effectively
- Familiarity with restaurant operations to assist guests as needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
