**About The Role**
The Laboratory Technician is responsible to provide lab support in assay preparation and in charge of performing maintenance and of lab material and equipment for LBA Laboratory.

**What You'll Do Here**
- Provide support in assay preparation: solution, labels, consumables, equipment, etc.,
- Perform calibration, maintenance and cleaning of equipment when required. Keep equipment operating by following operating instructions, maintaining supplies; collaborate with Technical Support team.
- Ensure the laboratory is well-stocked and resourced with sufficient supplies.
- Provide support on critical reagents management.
- Organize and store all chemicals substances according to safety instructions.
- Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean and orderly environment.
- Propose and implement solutions to improve quality, safety and efficiency in the laboratory.
- Conduct all work in compliance with applicable SOPs, GCPs, GLPs, and respect all company guidelines and policies

**What You'll Need to Succeed**
- College or higher degree in sciences
- Experience/knowledge in laboratory and/or in the medical industry.
- Must have understanding of the general SOPs applicable to instrumentation and in knowledge of FDA-GLP.
- Attentive to details,
- Great rigor and thoroughness;
- Ability to work effectively in a team;
- Highly flexible, sense of urgency,
- Good sense of responsibility/accountability,
- To be client oriented,
- Good communication (both written and verbal in French & English).
