**The Company**

**Key Responsibilities**

Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Clean and sanitize office spaces, meeting rooms, corridors, stairwells, and common areas.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors.
- Empty trash bins and disposal of waste in accordance with shipboard protocols.
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.
- Dust and wipe down office furniture, cabins, fixtures, and equipment.
- Disinfect high-touch surfaces, including door handles, railings, and shared equipment.
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and toiletries in restrooms, cabins and office pantries.
- Report any maintenance issues (e.g., leaks, damaged furniture) to the relevant department.
- Comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations, including MARPOL standards.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in janitorial or housekeeping roles (shipboard experience preferred).
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and safe handling procedures.
- Ability to work independently and follow cleaning schedules.
- Physically fit to work in a moving environment and handle cleaning tasks.
- STCW Basic Safety Courses
- Seafarer's Medical Certificate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

**Working Conditions**
- Constant standing and walking throughout shift
- Frequent lifting and carrying up to 50lbs
- Frequent kneeling, pushing, pulling and lifting
- Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps
