**Your roles and responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the business to build complete solutions using proven skill leverage Microsoft’s 365 suite of products including SharePoint, PowerBI, Power Automate, PowerApps
- Problem solve and troubleshoot moderate to complex hardware and/or software issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with stakeholders at any level to identify incident requirements, understand issues, review possible solutions and present recommendation.
- Support the development of project plans, gathering requirements and creating broad scopes. Participate in projects to implement new solutions or enhancements.
- Evaluate the approach to deal with incidents, either undertaking to resolve themselves or by escalating issues with other IT team members and vendors.
- Adhere to all service management best practices on an individual level.
- Creation and ongoing maintenance of moderate to complex support documentation as required.
- Communicate the value of a process centric approach to solving problems and taking advantage of opportunities.
- Implement SharePoint-based workflows, together with development of BI dashboards.

**Education and experience**
- Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- Prior experience overseeing and understanding a variety of technologies.
- Development specifically with Microsoft Office 365 Platform (SharePoint Online, Power Platform), C#, ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript, MS Visual Studio, SharePoint Designer, and MS SQL Server would be considered an asset.
- Knowledge of Shell scripting, Perl scripting.
- SharePoint Developer, MS Flow, Power BI, Power Apps.
