Wilco is currently seeking multiple **Heavy Equipment Operators** (Hoe-Skid Steer-Loader-Screener) to join our diverse and dynamic team **Located In Edmonton and Area**. Most equipment is CAT. _**Seasonal Operators**_ are required for the following:

- **Excavator**:

- **Loader**:

- **Screener**:

- **Skid-Steer**:

- **Dozer (GPS experience preferred)**

The Heavy Equipment Operator will perform some or all the following:

- Operates heavy equipment such as **excavator**, **skid steer**, **loader**, **screener**, in a safe and appropriate manner;
- Conduct pre-shift/post-shift walk-around safety inspections;
- Actively participate in daily toolbox meeting and complete daily FLRA card;
- Log and report any maintenance concerns with the equipment;
- Complete production reporting and other documentation as required;
- Communicate effectively using hand signal and eye contact method;
**Requirements**:

- Must have 5+ years equipment experience.
- Ability to run other pieces of equipment considered an asset.
- Must be capable of finish grading topsoil.
- Must be able to interpret survey stakes.
- Ability to work as a team as well as independently.
- Capable of operating under numerous and varied job site situations.
- Must have valid driver’s license.
- Must have reliable Vehicle.

**Salary**: $28.00-$40.00 per hour
