Volkswagen North Bay is Growing Again and looking for a **Lot Attendant**

**Duties**:

- ** Vehicle Organization**:

- Arrange vehicles on the lot for display or ease of access.
- Maintain orderly presentation of the lot to enhance customer experience.
- ** Vehicle Cleaning and Maintenance**:

- Wash, vacuum, and detail vehicles.
- Perform basic checks (e.g., fluid levels, tire pressure).
- ** Customer Service**:

- Assist customers by retrieving specific vehicles for test drives.
- Ensure vehicles are clean and ready for customer delivery.
- ** Inventory Management**:

- Track and document the location of vehicles on the lot.
- Move vehicles as needed for repairs, sales, or service.
- ** Lot Maintenance**:

- Lawn care and snow removal.
- Ensure the lot is clean, safe, and free of debris.
- Monitor and address potential hazards like icy conditions or potholes.
- ** Driving and Transportation**:

- Shuttle vehicles between locations (e.g., dealer partners and suppliers).
- Occasional customer service transportation.

**Skills Required**:

- ** Driving Proficiency**:

- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmissions.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- ** Attention to Detail**:

- Ensure vehicles are spotless and presentable.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- ** Time Management**:

- Prioritize tasks efficiently, especially during busy periods.
- ** Physical Stamina**:

- Ability to be on your feet for extended periods and work in various weather conditions.
- ** Customer Interaction**:

- Friendly and approachable demeanor when dealing with customers and colleagues.
