**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:
Enthusiastic personality Strong sales and customer service skills Ability to maintain a positive attitude when speaking to customers Ability to adhere to a schedule, and follow policies and procedures of British Swim School Competent with phone systems and appropriate computer programs Able to multi-task Ability to fluently speak more than one language is a plus Satisfactory completion of Jack Rabbit (POS and Scheduling) and Call Center Skyprep online training.
