Job Responsibilities
- Review and modify APS
- Negotiate APS on behalf of the developer with Purchaser’s legal representative.
- Monitor deposit structures, outstanding cheques and notify our sales manager of the same.
- Ensure “acknowledgment letter of receipt of funds”are sent to Purchasers in a timely manner.
- Open a Trust account to receive and hold reservations and Deposits
- Liaison between AvranceCorp Developments and external counsels in regards to various matters pertaining to AvranceCorp Developments projects and Purchasers.
- Draft land acquisition agreements in accordance to the management’s directive.
- Disbursement of funds from Trust accounts to fund the projects, keeping record of all the invoices and reconciling the Trust account disbursements and balance in accordance to the Law Society regulations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate all contractual agreements, including investment offerings, service agreements, partner and vendor agreements, employment and contractor agreements, mergers and acquisitions, join ventures and licensing agreements.
- Review marketing material.
- Oversee and manage external counsel.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
