**Job Overview**
We are seeking a talented and passionate Eyelash Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide exceptional eyelash extension services to our clients while ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Your expertise in eyelash extensions and customer service will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall client experience and driving repeat business.

**Duties**
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide tailored recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in eyelash extensions and beauty services to offer informed advice to clients.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Eyelash Specialist or similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
- Experience in upselling services or retail sales is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Knowledge of various eyelash extension techniques and products.
- Ability to manage front desk operations efficiently.
- Must hold relevant certifications or licenses as required by local regulations.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $16.55-$24.00 per hour
