Commercial Refrigeration Troubleshooting Specialist

About the Role:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide technical support/ troubleshooting expertise for field issues by phone or other electronic means and occasionally in person
- Receive, interpret and respond to sales or customer product-related inquiries
- Design refrigeration systems and select equipment based on parameters supplied or industry standards
- Prepare quotations for customers and external sales personnel
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation
- Coordinate and participate in regular meetings with fellow team members within and across product groups
- Act as a liaison between contractors, customers, sales, engineering and manufacturing groups
- Willingness to travel occasionally to provide on-site technical support when required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills:
- Minimum 5+ Years of Refrigeration background or related experience
- Refrigeration License (313A) or Mechanical Engineering Technician Graduation Diploma or equivalent considered an asset
- Commercial Refrigeration experience is considered an asset
- Experience in supermarket type equipment is considered an asset
- Possess a valid passport with the ability to travel occasionally in the U.S or in Canada
