We are looking shop manager to handle operations inside of our 6000sqft facility.

Daily tasks include: Organizing the team in the shop on a daily basis, working with the team and suppporting the team directly on and off the tools. Quality control and production management. Assiting our production manager in the office from time to time when he is away.

Qualifications:

- You must have a valid Ontario Drivers License w/ your own transportation
- You must have minimum 10 years experience as a cabinet maker
- You must have minumum 3-5 years experience managing a team inside a millwork shop
- You must have a deep understanding custom millwork and cabinetry fabrication
- You must have experience with a cnc machine

**Salary**: $30.00-$37.00 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekend availability
