**Job Overview**:
As a **Pool & Spa Water Care Specialist**your role will include providing expert product guidance, maintaining an inviting retail space, and ensuring every customer leaves with the knowledge and confidence to enjoy their purchase. If you’re enthusiastic about pools, hot tubs, and outdoor living and love working with people, this is the job for you
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Welcome customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Educate and assist customers in selecting pool, hot tub, and outdoor living products.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain visually appealing and well-stocked store displays.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking as needed.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and safe for both customers and staff.
- Stay informed on the latest industry trends, products, and promotions.
- Support opening and closing duties as required.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Retail or customer service experience (preferred but not required).
- Interest or knowledge in pools, hot tubs, and outdoor living products (a plus).
- Strong communication and people skills with a passion for helping customers.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Comfortable lifting and carrying products up to 50 lbs when necessary.
- A willingness to learn and grow within our company.

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
