**JOB SUMMARY**: The IT Specialist’s role is to provide technical support and assistance to the CPP corporate team and partner clinics. This includes troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, both remotely and on-site.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Provide technical support to CPP corporate team and partner clinics-
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our computer systems and software-
- Respond to tickets submitted in a timely and efficient manner-
- Document technical issues and resolutions in a clear and concise manner-
- Provide training and guidance to employees on the use of computer systems and software.-
- Continuously improve IT infrastructure by identifying and addressing areas for improvement-
- Support CPP team and clinics as necessary when issues arise**ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES**:
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in IT support or related fieldExperience with Active Directory and Azure AD-
