**Job Overview**
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring an exceptional dining experience

**Daily duties**
- **Greeting customers and taking orders**: Welcoming guests and seating them
- **Preparing and serving food and drinks**: Making and delivering beverages, and carrying food from the kitchen to the customer's table.
- **Table maintenance**: Checking in on customers during their meal, clearing dirty dishes, and wiping down tables to prepare them for new guests.
- **Customer service**: Being attentive to guest needs and handling any issues that arise to ensure a positive dining experience.

End-of-shift responsibilities
- **Closing tasks**: Performing cleaning duties in the cafe area as assigned.
- **Refilling supplies**: Restocking items
- **Cleaning**: Thoroughly cleaning the service stations, floors, and all customer tables.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred.
- Familiarity with food service operations is a plus, including knowledge of restaurant etiquette.
- Strong communication skills are essential for effective interaction with guests and team members.
- Experience with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is advantageous but not mandatory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.10 per hour
