Client Concierge

Toronto, Canada Navigator Ltd Full time

We are seeking a client concierge. Someone who understands clients' needs come first - always.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients at main reception area;
- Maintain the catering kitchen throughout the day;
- Prepare four boardrooms for meetings, including food, beverages and materials;
- Tidy boardrooms following meetings with clients;
- Field incoming calls;
- Refresh flowers and newspapers in the reception area, as needed;
- Manage boardroom calendars and coordinate catering needs;
- Manage daily mail and couriers;
- Update Navigator’s customer database; and
- Support Navigator events.

**Qualifications**:

- Service-oriented or hospitality experience;
- Strong telephone skills and communication skills;
- Friendly and polite;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office;
- Well-organized and able to multitask;
- Self-motivated;
- Professional appearance; and
- Food service knowledge and experience an asset.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Expected hours: 12 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
