Location: Markham, ON Salary: $49,000 - $90,000 per year Additional Pay: Bonus + Commission Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time --
- About the Role: WaterHub is seeking a motivated and professional Product Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales of our innovative water filtration products. - Provide timely and professional customer interactions, addressing inquiries and offering solutions
- Clearly explain the installation process and the benefits of our products and services
- Demonstrate strong decision-making abilities and communication skills in a fast-paced environment
- Ensure all sales paperwork is accurately submitted in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Attend trade shows and product showcase events in Greater Toronto Area
- Generate leads through our Canadian Tire program in CT stores across Greater Toronto Area

What We’re Looking For:

- Citizenship: Must be a Canadian citizen
- License: Valid Ontario driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience (preferred)
- Education: High school diploma (required)
- Skills: Sales experience is an asset, but not required
- Attire: Business casual dress required during work hours Work Schedule: Full-time shifts: 1 PM - 9 PM, 5-6 days per week Saturdays: 10 AM - 4 PM Flexibility to work some weekends and evenings as required Compensation & Benefits: Competitive base salary with opportunities for bonus and commission pay Casual dress code and flexible schedule On-site parking available Supportive and dynamic work environment Additional Benefits: Flexible language requirement: French not required Opportunity to grow within the company and advance your career Required Experience & Certifications:
