Are you energetic, passionate about swimming, and eager to inspire others? WD Swim is looking for dedicated Swim/Aquatic Instructors to join our Markham team

About the Role

As a WD Swim Instructor, you’ll create a safe, positive, and fun learning environment for swimmers of all ages and abilities. With your guidance, students will build confidence, improve their skills, and develop a lifelong love for the water.

What You’ll Do
- Teach small group lessons (maximum 4 students per class)
- Deliver engaging, inclusive, and safety-first programs
- Motivate swimmers of all levels to reach their goals
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and teammates
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming facility

What We’re Looking For
- Passion for swimming, fitness, and teaching
- Strong communication and people skills
- Reliability, teamwork, and adaptability in a fast-paced setting
- **Required**: Standard First Aid & CPR-C certification
- **Asset**: Previous swim instruction experience (not required—training provided)
- **Bonus**: Aquafit Instructor certification

Schedule & Hours
- Evenings (Mon-Fri) and/or weekends (Sat & Sun)
- Flexible scheduling based on availability
- **Part-time**: Up to 20 hrs/week | **Full-time**: 20+ hrs/week

Additional Information
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada (no sponsorship available)
