**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Greet and welcome guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Provide recommendations on menu items, including upselling specials and promotions.
- Serve food and drinks to tables in a timely manner while ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for incoming guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely service.
- Process payments through cashiering duties, ensuring accuracy in transactions.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe dining environment.
- Seating customers and answering the phone, taking reservations and pre-orders
- Have knowledge in basic and specialty drinks, and executing drinks in a timely fashion.
- Must adhere to dress code.

**Skills**
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices within the kitchen and restaurant settings.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Experience with POS systems for order entry and payment processing.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Ability to upsell menu items effectively to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
- Strong communication skills to interact with guests, kitchen staff, and team members effectively.
- A background in food service or hospitality is required.
- Must have valid proserve.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have prior catering experience

Pay: $15.00-$18.45 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
